Free shipping on orders over €100 within Europe and €150 for international orders.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) worldwide.

RETURNS

TOO SMALL? TOO BIG? NOT YOUR STYLE?

You can return part or all of your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To request a return, please use our return portal.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. After this period, returns cannot be processed.

You may request a refund or a store credit:

• The refund for a return will be processed within 15 days after we receive the returned package. For credit card payments, an additional interbank processing delay of a few days may apply, but you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Return fees of €4.50 for France and €10 for Europe will be deducted from the refund amount.
• If you choose a store credit, once we receive your return, a store credit will be issued, allowing you to place a new order. This exchange voucher is valid for one year. 

Returns for store credit are free.

If your return has not been processed within 3 weeks, please contact us at bonjour@rejeanne.com.

If you are located outside Mainland France, you will not be able to generate a prepaid return label, as return shipping costs are your responsibility.
