DESCRIPTION

The Energy Shorts combine a short and built-in cycling liner for ultimate protection.

Designed for all flow levels, they feature an absorbent layer that extends front to back.

The fabric in contact with your skin is organic cotton.

Perfect for running and staying active, even on your period.

Wear them alone or with additional protection for all-day confidence.

With no visible seams, the absorbent layers are fully integrated.

The wide, soft waistband ensures comfort and freedom of movement.

COMPOSITION
Outer: 80% Polyamide 20% Elastane
Lining: 90% Organci Cotton 10% Elastane
Protective layer: 86% Tencel 14% Polyester & 100% Polyester PUL

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse with cold water after each use.
Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C (cold wash recommended). Using a laundry bag is advised.
Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or Marseille soap.
Air dry only - do not tumble dry.

HOW TO USE
Before first use, wash your period underwear to ensure maximum absorbency.
Your period underwear is an intimate hygiene product. We recommend washing your hands before putting it on or taking it off.
Wear it like regular underwear, making sure it fits snugly and comfortably around your hips.
To remove, gently pull from the sides near the hips - avoid pulling on the absorbent area.
Choose the right absorbency level for your flow and change your underwear as needed for optimal protection.
