HOW TO USE
Wash your hands before handling your menstrual cup.
Before use: check the integrity of your menstrual cup, clean it with cold water and a suitable cleanser, then rinse thoroughly with clear water. Afterward, disinfect your menstrual cup by immersing it in a pot of boiling water for 7 minutes.
To insert your menstrual cup, fold it into a tulip or U shape, then insert it into your vagina about 1 cm from the vaginal opening.
Change your cup at least every 6 hours.
To remove your menstrual cup, pinch the base of the cup and gently pull it out.
CARE
Clean your menstrual cup before each use and at the end of your cycle: rinse your menstrual cup thoroughly with clear water.
Disinfect your menstrual cup before each insertion and at the end of your cycle: place your menstrual cup in a pot of boiling water for 7 minutes.
At the end of your cycle, after cleaning and disinfecting, allow your menstrual cup to air dry to prevent odors.
Your menstrual cup can be used for up to 3 years.
